Return & Refund Policy


  1. Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt. must be notified ASAP if any damage is found, or if there was a wrong product shipped. must first be contacted before any products are sent back in order to obtain a Return Authoriztion Number (RA#).

  2. must be notified within 30 calendar days from the day merchandise is received for any return, refund, or exchange. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  3. Please save all packaging in the event products are damaged in transit.

  4. Cancellations must be done on the same day ordered or before products are shipped.

  5. Customers must provide a tracking number for all returned items.

  6. We guarantee all orders to be the exact model you ordered in the condition stated.

  7. Please do not modify any products shipped. If for any reason you wish to modify any merchandise shipped from, please be aware that the products will no longer be returnable for any reason. 

  8. In the event we have shipped something different than what was ordered, we will issue a prepaid shipping label and issue an exchange or full refund once we have received the item back.

  9. Shipping and handling is not refundable unless we have shipped a damaged wheel or incorrect product.

  10. We do not pay for return shipping unless we have shipped a damaged or incorrect product.

  11. All refunds or exchanges must be received back in unused, undamaged, uninstalled condition, and merchandise must include a copy of the invoice and RA# clearly written on the outside of the box.

  12. For any return or refund, customers must first contact by email to obtain a return authorization (RA#).

  13. All products returned must be packaged in the same manner that they were shipped from our warehouses. Again, please save all packaging and inspect all merchandise upon arrival.

  14. In the event products are returned in damaged condition due to improper packaging, the customer could be liable for additional fees.
